Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 38-26-107, Colorado Revised Statutes, that the final settlement date with JARCCO Construction, LLC, 2790 N Academy Blvd, Ste 344, Colorado Springs CO 80917 at 3:00 PM MST on December 7, 2022, for all work done by said Contractor for the CITY OF LITTLETON, on 2022 Countyline and Lucent Blvd Intersection Improvements – City Project No. 22-11.
